New Yorkers deserve a clean, safe, and affordable future. That’s why Governor Hochul, her state agencies, and our elected officials must uphold New York’s climate law! It’s time to launch the state’s pollution cap program—which is over two years late—and use that money to invest in New York communities for:

✅Good union jobs

And, we need to tell Governor Hochul that New Yorkers don’t want or need further public investments in toxic fossil fuel infrastructure or nuclear energy buildouts that make corporations richer at the expense of working people:
